The property is located approximately three miles from downtown Dallas in an urban, industrial environment.
The property is suitable for containerized data centers or permanent structures. The site consists approximately six acres of raw land with a security fence.
The site has an approved Facility Extension Agreement (FEA) for 5 MW to be delivered on the following schedule:
The owner will retain 1 MW of power capacity for separate use.
The power utility is Oncor Electric and delivered power is scheduled to be 3-phase, 13.2 kV.
The site developer has requested additional capacity from the Oncor, which is anticipated to be 5-10 MW. The delivery of this power is not yet scheduled nor guaranteed.
To support future expansion, the site developer controls additional acreage adjacent to the property.
